Experience:
Mr. Ryan has focused on labor and employment law issues from a management perspective since law school. At Hofstra University School of Law, Mr. Ryan
earned the school's Labor Law Award.
In practice, Mr. Ryan has represented employers in all facets of labor and employment relations. He has significant experience litigating
labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, and has represented employers on various matters before state and federal administrative
agencies. Mr. Ryan regularly counsels employers on all labor and employment law matters.
In addition, Mr. Ryan counsels employers, as well as individuals, throughout the United States on immigration matters, including the attainment
of Labor Certifications, employee transfers, temporary work and student visas, family-sponsored petitions for permanent residency, and
citizenship.
Mr. Ryan is a contributing author of a published treatise on Connecticut labor and employment law. He has also served as
an instructor for certificate programs in human resources management and personnel relations and
the law at Teikyo Post University. Mr. Ryan lectures on labor, employment and immigration law topics before a variety of trade and
professional associations.
